About Us
We help our clients become aware of, and manage mental health and neurodiversity needs in their settings with our neurodiversity awareness training events and library of wellness workshops. These build knowledge in managers and staff, and help them to identify those struggling at work. Treatment is easily accessible through YPS Psychology, and support is tiered at three different levels: Self-help resources (Bronze membership), Guided self-help (Silver membership), and Individual therapy.
Our employee and student wellbeing support packages include a variety of resources, which educate on the issues surrounding mental health, all easily accessible, and taught in a positive, informative and inclusive way. Animations, mindfulness meditations, journal feature, and therapeutic stories encourage employees, business owners, and teams to build positive habits into their day; recognise their strengths; and keep motivated at work. This promotes wellness and productivity, and ensures mental health remains high on the workplace agenda. Our resources are flexible and can be accessed from anywhere in the UK.
YPS Psychology also provides support through our diagnostic specific learning difficulty assessments: dyslexia, dyspraxia, ADHD, and dyscalculia; and autism.

Working alongside qualified psychologists and undertaking safeguarding courses has led me to have a great understanding of Depression, Stress, Anxiety, Sleep disorders, ADHD, and Dyslexia. This means that I know how important it is to provide preventative support as well as support for those struggling with current mental ill heath, at the earliest opportunity.
I know how important it is to have a team of people who are motivated, calm, switched on, and working to their strengths to make your organisation run like clockwork.
