The Franchise Consultant’s purpose is to grow and sustain a thriving economy through the development of franchising. Our goal is to make turning your franchise ideas into a reality. We make this process as stress-free as possible whilst significantly increasing the likelihood of your franchise being a success.

We work with our clients right through the process, from the creation of documentation to marketing, and the recruitment of franchisees, taking some of the biggest obstacles away from franchising a business.

We are here to help at every stage of this potentially daunting but exciting journey. We create bespoke packages to suit your business and tailor-make your documentation to ensure we attract the maximum interest in your brand.

Martin Head

Martin grew up in South Africa and moved across to the UK in search of new experiences and a better quality of life. He loves to travel and spends his free time enjoying the company of close friends and family.

Working alongside the Directors, Martin is responsible for coordinating the design and publication of all client materials from prospectus to operations manuals. In addition, he provides marketing support to all franchisees through the provision of internal marketing materials and is responsible for The Franchise Consultant Social Media campaigns.

Steve Lee

Steve has over 20 years’ experience in retail, food and digital marketing at both management and board level. He has the rare skill-set of working from the coalface of customer service through to his last role as Operations Director for a large digital marketing agency which he held for fourteen years.

He supported this originally small team through the journey of becoming an extensive company. Steve is now the Operations Director at the franchise consultant, overseeing all aspects of the business.

Judi Ogden

Judi has been with The Franchise Consultant since day one and is always available to assist Franchisees with any support that they may need.

Having worked in the franchise sector for over seven years she has gained experience in all aspects of the franchising process as well as the day to day running of the business. With a diverse roll, in addition to assisting franchisees with their day to day business processes, Judi is also responsible for client invoicing and credit control

Claire Robinson

Since 1997, Claire has been involved with the inception and running of several, franchise-related businesses. With an ongoing passion for helping people, in 2010, she established Extra Help, the homehelp and domestic cleaning franchise network which now has an extensive network of successful franchises running across the UK.

Claire is also a Lifestyle Ambassador for the British Franchise Association (BFA) which is the UK’s original and largest not-for-profit trade association for franchising.
