Food Plymouth www.foodplymouth.org (est.2010) is the city’s recognised cross-sector local sustainable food partnership and network, part of the Sustainable Food Places movement in the UK and Ireland www.sustainablefoodplaces.org. Increasing the supply and demand of fresh, local, healthy and wherever possible affordable food is central to our work. I am a member of the Food Plymouth core team and a founder-director of Food Plymouth Community Interest Company (CIC), which facilitates and provides provides the Infrastructure support to the partnership and network. This work is part of my portfolio career as an independent practitioner and consultant in the fields of education, professional development, community regeneration and social enterprise.
