About Us

Our journey began in 2019 when Complete Communication was formed by two directors, determined to offer the best support possible. Despite starting a pandemic, we thrived and expanded nationwide. In 2023, we proudly joined forces with Complete Independence and Complete Training to form The Inclusivity Group, enabling us to offer a comprehensive wrap-around service to our clients.

Complete Communication offers accessible and inclusive communication support for deaf and disabled people to ensure they have full access to all services they need.

Complete Independence offers a high standard of bespoke person-centred support within the community to meet the needs of each individual.

Complete Training offers a diverse range of online courses, face-to-face courses, and bespoke courses. The courses vary from staff training and continuous professional development to deaf and disability awareness.

We work across a number of sectors, including Education, Workplace, Community and the Arts to deliver our shared mission of inclusivity and accessibility.
